This Valentine's Day, you are probably thinking of a unique way to show your partner some appreciation. An unusual way that your special someone will surely love.

Here at QRStuff, we came up with an idea to make the typical Valentine's Day card a unique one. Just send your loved one a QR code, and upon scanning the QR code, your partner will be shown the Valentine's Day card that you prepared.

This trick will be a surprise as they will be not expecting that the QR code will show a Valentine's Day card!

Are you interested in knowing how to pull this off?

First, you need to prepare a Valentine's Day card. You can prepare one at home and take a picture of the card or you can prepare one online through websites like Canva.

After you create the card, you can create a QR code for your Valentine's Day card on QRStuff.

To show you how to generate a QR code for a Valentine's Day card, we’ve prepared a Valentine's Day card through Canva.

Using the Valentine's Day card that we prepared for this guide, let’s create the QR code for the card on QRStuff.

In this guide, I will show you how to create a QR code using QRStuff's "Image file" as the data type.

  1. Go to https://www.qrstuff.com/?type=image and have the “Image File” data type pre-selected from the Data Type section.
  2. From the Content section, upload the image of your Valentine’s Day card. Keep in mind that the image should either be a JPEG, PNG, or GIF file.
  3. When you’re done, click the “Download QR code” button and your QR code is now ready to use. Remember to test your QR code before downloading it.

Make It A Bit Fancy

As a paid subscriber of QRStuff, you are entitled to enjoy styling options for your QR code. You can do that through the Style section. From that section, you can choose a different color for the dots and corners of your QR code. You can also include an image that will be embedded in the center of the QR code.

The image on the right shows what your QR code looks like after customizing it through our QR Code Styling Feature.
