Are you active in fundraising or donation drives during this pandemic?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we can try to help each other so that we can go back to normal as soon as possible. There are many ways to help. You can donate PPE suits, masks, or relief goods. But if you don’t have the funds yourself, you can participate and be active in sharing donation drives!

Many people are probably thinking the same thing about helping others during this pandemic. That’s why fundraising or donation drives can be a good idea to help raise funds faster.

However, the success of the donation drive still depends on how you promote or share it. Sending links on social media can make it look like spam. This prevents people from clicking your link.

Fortunately, you can share links with the use of QR codes. How?

In this blog post, we’ll talk about creating QR codes for donation drives.

Creating QR Codes for Promoting Donation Drive

Creating QR codes for a donation drive is one of the best ways to promote it. People just have to scan the QR code to access the link where they can donate money for the families who are affected heavily by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The process of creating QR codes isn’t that hard. You just need to follow certain procedures to make sure that your QR codes work properly.

With that said, let’s start creating a QR code for donation drives.

  1. First, look for any donation drives that are available on the Internet or on Facebook. You can use the link of the fundraiser that you would like to support. In this blog post, I’ll use COVID-19 Fundraiser for WHO with up to $10 Million Match.
  2. Next, go to https://www.qrstuff.com/?type=websiteurl and have the “Website URL” data type pre-selected from the first section.
  3. For the Content section, fill in the URL of the donation drive that you actively support and promote.
  4. At this point, you may now download the QR code.

Make It A Bit Fancy

Our paid subscribers have the privilege to customize their QR code by changing the colors of the dots and corners of their created QR code. They can also include a logo or a relevant image in the center of their QR code. They just need to follow the same steps listed above and then, click the “Style Your Code” button before downloading the QR code.

Through our QR code Styling interface, paid subscribers can come up with a similar QR code as shown above. The interface makes it possible for them to create a visually distinctive and intuitive one by inserting a relevant image in the center of the QR code.
